I'VE BEEN PHOTOGRAPHING WEDDINGS & PORTRAITS FOR 10 YEARS. WHILE I LIKE CAPTURING THE IMPORTANT MOMENTS, MY FAVORITES ARE THE "IN BETWEEN" - THE JOY, THE TEARS, THE STORIES and OF COURSE WATCHING THE GROOM SEE HIS BEAUTIFUL BRIDE!
For family and portrait sessions, I love capturing and highlighting the different personalities, interests and connections for that season. I used to care about having our kids look so perfect and presentable, but now I realize it is those moments of goofy smiles or interesting fashion choices of the kids that are the most memorable!
I also value my family!
In this season, I feel more like an "uber-mom" to my 3 kiddos, but trying to take those moments of driving as an opportunity to connect and hear about their days! I also use that time to embarrass them as much as possible by singing along to the radio as loud & proud and definitely forgetting the lyrics to any & every song (it's a gift!)
